Job Overview

Looking for a Virtual Assistant to help manage my personal and business tasks. As a VA responsibilities include helping me maintain focus on priority projects, booking travel, organising email, book keeping, online accounting and other additional admin so that I can focus on strategy for both brands.

Currently the business is a start-up looking after health brands that are determined to make a difference in the world. Our mission is to make the world a healthier and happier place by providing organic plant-based premium products for the health conscious consumer.

There are currently 2 main brands that are our main focus: a chain of vegan cafes where we are responsible for social media (instagram focused) and marketing. The other brand is our own brand, a superfood lattes called Solstice Blends. This is a new brand so there is still admin setup needed along and overall creation of the brand.

Somethings I have in mind for you to do in the immediate future is:

- a proactive mindset, willing to figure it out and not ask me every detail
- task organisation with trello
- organising all business files on google drive
- planning Instagram calendar with Planoly
- creating caption and hashtags for Instagram posts
- Instagram post creation with Canva
- photo editing (photoshop, snapseed, lightroom CC)

This position starts off part time (20 hours a week) and will move to full time when the business grows.
