Deal with Customers’ inquiries via live chat, email and phone
Perform personal clientele analysis and take actions as required
Handle Customer inquiries appropriately and ensure that high level service is provided
Promote available products and services to Customers
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospective and existing Clients
Cooperate effectively with other departments as required
Contribute to team effort by achieving targeted results

Proficient in speaking, reading and writing Urdu
Preferably with degree in any business-related field
Customer service experience is an advantage
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and maintain a high-level of organization
Computer literate
Can start as soon as possible
