Job Responsibilities:

1. Engage in business lines to understand migration requirements

2. Devise detailed project plan to execute the migration

3. Coordinate with various teams to ensure deliverables are met

4. Work consistently to improve and update the migration methodlogy and toolkit.

5. Ability to proactively seek, pre-empt and prevent bottlenecks by implementing practical solutions within tight deadlines

6. Managing Customer relationships, Account management, Operational control of the tasks, Transitions management and blended delivery of operations

7. Ensures transitions projects are fully auditable

8. Ensures all forecast costs are fully understood at start of project and transition budgets are agreed with account team

9. Develops and maintains effective commercial awareness of the company processes and standards

Job Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree 

2. Team leadership

3. Ability to manage multiple priorities

4. Adherence to deadlines by managing key project milestones and deliverables as part of the project plan

5. Working knowledge of Six Sigma

6. Project management experience pertaining to process migrations
