Answer account management concerns of business emails
Help set up the account of the client
Checking if the requested domain is still available
Explain payment options in buying domains
Set up customer email account on their workplace and devices
Provide trouble shooting of email set up
Help in installing SSL certificate
Answer any concern about signing in or password change
Assist customers in registration for live seminars

Can speak, read and write THAI language
1 to 3 years background in service desk / technical support
Customer service is a must
Has BPO background experience
Graduate or undergraduate of any courses
Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
Can start as soon as possible
