Tech Support (IT/Customer Relations), Data Entry Work


Our company is looking to expand our team to keep up with our recent growth, with this, we will be needing 2-3 people who can handle online work remotely, mostly Data Entry, and remote tech support, and customer service support.

Key requirements for this job are as follows:

Very fluent in English (IMPORTANT!) BOTH written and spoken- As you will be communicating with customers globally, fluency in English is required. Contacting through chat, email and messages, and even doing zoom sessions with clients and the team occasionally.

General IT and Computer Knowledge- We are an IT company. And it is important you know exactly our line of work and how we do things, even if you are not directly in the forefront of it all. Additionally, you will be handling software troubleshooting for some clients remotely, therefore knowledge with IT/Computers is required. Being able to follow instructions after a few training sessions is a must.

Consistent, fast Internet connection and work schedule- Weekly zoom sessions with the team is a requirement, and being constantly connected to the internet to communicate with the rest of the team is IMPORTANT.
