Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in Others or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Leads the team to achieve 100% of monthly sales targets through implementation of strategies and programs to increase sales
Accomplishes and reports daily sales thru email and/or text
Attends to customer needs, complaints and special orders
Conducts weekly store meeting to discuss sales performance and other issues
Prepares monthly sales report, inventory, promo/new arrival updates
Conducts monthly sales meeting to discuss: sales performance, goals and targets, new products, staff motivation, improvement on customer service, action plans to improve store sales and operations
Increases VIP redemption and new recruits

Effectively models and executes premium service
Carries out repairs, explains customer programs, guarantees and warranties when required in a professional, timely and efficient manner
Assists the Cashier and Sales Associate in responding to all customer complaints in an effective, professional and timely manner

Achieves targets through approved ongoing store promos, campaigns and strategies on slow moving products

Ensures strict compliance to guidelines on prevention of losses and deter theft in the store
Ensures strict compliance on daily opening, turnover, closing store activities
Ensures daily update of reports, logbooks
Conducts housekeeping and monitors cleanliness in the store (sales floor, walls, ceiling, windows, cabinets, drawers, wall bays)
Acts as custodian of all the store keys
Ensures that all fixtures are in working order (POPs, store equipment, lighting, ventilation)
Ensures that all staff are compliant on Company Appearance Guidelines
Ensures that all staff are compliant on Code of Discipline and all department policies and procedures
Ensures that incoming communications are disseminated to all staff as in the case may be
Ensures that all outgoing communications are properly sent to the addressee
Ensures that all store reports are complete, accurate and submitted in a timely manner
Ensures timely payment of rent and utilities
Ensures timely replenishment of office supplies, paper bags, optic tags, add ons
Attends to office meeting and other important activities as required
Secures permit from Mall Administration for delivery, pullout, rectification, campaign installation, change of store operating hours
Ensures 100% adherence of Cashier and Sales Associate on punctuality and attendance
Ensures that all brands allocated in the store has a unit sold in a month
Ensures that inventory ratio of fast and slow moving brand are kept at 80% and 20% respectively
Ensures that 80% of store inventory are fast moving brands
Performs all other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Ensures that all stocks are out and displays are properly tagged and priced
Ensures that merchandising guidelines are followed.
Maintains visual presentation of merchandise in store and carries out cleaning of products and fixtures to maintain highest levels of cleanliness

Conducts and daily monitors inventory (eyewear, boxes, paper bags, optic tags, add ons)
Reports any shrinkage and incident to Area Sales Jr. Supervisor and submit Incident Report accordingly
Plans and submits product replenishments and product mix
Receives delivery and follows proper delivery procedure
Analyzes movement of products and gives weekly and monthly feedback to the Area Sales Jr. Supervisor
Ensures compliance of store in submission of monthly inventory report
Maintains a standard store inventory to sales ratio

Ensures change fund and petty cash is ready prior to store opening and sufficient coins/bills for cash transaction
Ensures daily cash count and declaration through POS from opening to closing
Performs cashiering function on certain schedules
Ensure daily cash and daily submission of cash report
Conducts Weekly Audit of petty cash and change fund
Liquidates weekly petty cash expenses

Encourages and models the way for people to communicate openly and transparently
Does store shifts in the absence of a Cashier / Sales Associate to ensure smooth store operations
Assist in managing the team, conflict and below expectation performance in an effective and timely manner. Seek advice from immediate superior for situations that may arise outside of established guidelines
Executes and cascades company directives to team in an effective and timely manner
Provides inputs on new programs, product and promo updates, operational and marketing concerns for the monthly Frontliner’s meeting and regular Store Supervisor’s meeting
Coaches/Trains new Store Personnel using the coaching journal
Creates an inspiring and engaging team environment through regular store meetings
Contributes ideas and solutions to problems as required
Looks for ways to do things faster, smarter and better and discusses ideas with Immediate superior
Share ideas and suggestions that help achieve business results
Assists in implementing changes effectively whilst maintaining a stable store environment
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
