Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
  • With at least 5 years supervisory/managerial experience in retail
  • Very good leadership and coordinating skills
  • Wiling to be assigned any branch of Gaisano Grand

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in the overall management of the branch both the store and mall operations, ensuring accomplishment of sales target, plans and programs, thereby contributing to the branch profitability and growth.
  • Develops short-term and long-term plans in line with management’s goals to continuously improve the store’s operations.
  • Manages and motivates the people involved in the store operations to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
