Senior HR Generalist - RN

Creates NTE/DA for all employees and answers tickets regarding HR related concerns.

Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise

Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace

Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies

Undertake tasks around performance management

Attends to employee's health related concerns if needed.

Job Qualifications:

Must be experienced and skilled in handling HRIS and analytics, employee relations and engagements.

Must be a Registered Nurse and familiar with COVID protocols management.

Good to excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

Amenable with shifting schedule

Can work under pressure and can maintain positive and professional attitude towards handling employee feedbacks and concerns

Excellent time management skills, process oriented and keen to details

Resourceful and takes initiative to get tasks done and can work well across many teams

Team player and can work well across many teams as well
