Responsibilities:

  • Plan and oversee business development efforts for the company in assigned areas/clusters with a goal to on-board high-quality budget hotels on the company network
  • Identify new hotels that meet standards in terms of location, pricing, infrastructure quality, owner willingness and pitch the company's partnership proposal
  • Negotiate the company's commercial agreement with interested hotels and sign-up rooms
  • Strengthen relationship with existing hotel owners & other relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other teams in the company such as operations, marketing, pricing, customer support, finance etc, ensure smooth functioning of hotels on day-to-day basis
Qualifications:
  • As least 2 years of extensive experience in business development, sales, or partner acquisition (preferably in ecommerce, hospitality, real estate industries)
  • Amenable to do fieldwork
  • Can be assigned in the following locations: Iloilo, Boracay, Batangas, Palawan, Cebu, Davao, Pampangga
