Are you an action oriented individual with good problem solving skills? If yes, then we would like to hear from you. We are looking to recruit our next Sales Logistics Inventory Analyst.

PMFTC is seeking talented people to join our Supply Chain Team in our Bacolod site. As a Sales Logistics Inventory Analyst, you will ensure accurate and timely execution of system movements and related transactions, facilitate inventory variance analysis and resolutions, accurate system recordings and fulfill end of day (EOD) reports. Also performs timely reconciliation of SAP, iSMS, POSM system and physical inventory.

- Executes SAP system transactions related to sales office warehouse movements, and performs timely reconciliation and proper analysis to determine causes of inventory variances in coordination with related functions for immediate resolution.

- Ensure transactions are in accordance with Fiscal compliance policies

- Prepare charge form and system inventory adjustment
- Ensure accuracy of Out- of-condition (OOC) inventory by consistent and timely monitoring, reconciliation, and resolution

- Monitors Point-of-sale material (POSM) inventory accuracy versus actual physical stocks and check compliance of 3PL Logistics Warehouse team on document process and approvals

- Submit report and recommends resolution on inventory variances

- Primary custodian of all warehouse inventory original records and ensure compliance to PMFTC Records Management (Omni-RIM) in assigned sales office

- Execute Area Sales logistics report consolidation and review, in coordination with 3PL warehouse team, to ensure all required reports are accurate and submitted to Supervisor based on set timeline

- Support implementation of Area Sales Logistics initiatives and ensure execution of tasks are aligned with set objectives. Ensure compliance with all PM and EHS standards

- Executes Order To Cash (OTC) processes for Regional Key Accounts (RKA) orders in SAP including related transactions Return To Vendor (RTV), Delivery Rejections and SAP Credit Memo (CM)
