About this role:
The Sales Development Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and business development support to our sales team. You will become a point of reference for leads, colleagues and customers alike - facilitating the sales team’s activities for the long-lasting development of the company.

You will get to work one-on-one with nonprofits to understand (and eventually anticipate) their needs to ensure our sales team is selling the best solutions to meet their situation.

The Sales Development Coordinator will be the first connection nonprofits make with our company and the first impression in their customer journey. It will be your responsibility to ensure mutual satisfaction and success between new leads and our sales team, helping the sales team achieve their business goals while giving nonprofits the tools they need to better run their organizations.

* Identify target market segment campaigns to proactively approach with specific sales plays
* Identify and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting
* Assist our Sales Development team in pro-actively identifying, developing and managing opportunities through the sales cycle
* Understand and effectively communicate our value to the individual customer’s needs
* Coordinate sales development efforts by managing schedules and organizing team member meetings, preparing budgets and proposals and other sales-related tasks
* Create and manage documentation of the sales processes
* Compile financial and non-financial sales data and prepare weekly reports
* Ensure the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool is up to date and is being used properly
* Participate in organizing various trade fairs and travel of members of the sales team
* Address inquiries and leads in a timely manner
* Monitor the progress of the sales development team and propose new ideas to improve and optimize processes in place
* Participate in the design and preparation of promotional materials and sales tools and in the organization of various events internally
* Ensure compliance of sales tools with the laws and regulations in force
* Assist the Sales Manager in preparing budgets, setting sales goals, and quarterly and annual presentations
