Job Summary Achieve goals and targets (business-Teleperformance, and employee satisfaction)

Duties/Responsibilities Individual performance specific to attendance, punctuality, and schedule adherence
Consistent adherance to policies and code of conduct demonstrating Teleperformance values
Ensure proper documentation of discussions with stakeholders and/or team members
Serve as escalation point for staff-related concerns and needs
Work effectively with defined internal and external Teleperformance stakeholders/clients
Promote and develop continuous improvement and value-creation initiatives benefiting the business (Teleperformance), and employees
Manage the performance of direct reports including but not limited to:
Achievement of goals/targets (business, and employee satisfaction goals), demonstration of behaviors aligned with Teleperformance values
Holding regular coaching sessions and creating developmental plans
Compliance with client and Teleperformance processes and policies
Auditing quality of work
Attendance and punctuality
Qualifications: Graduate of any 4 year course preferably in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Marketing, Mass Communication
3 years of experience in recruitment; supervisory experience an advantage
Supervisory experience in operations or other work streams in a call center environment is also accepted
Strong command of English both oral and written
Strong proficiency in MS-based software
Experience in reporting and analysis a strong advantage
Bases critical decisions on numbers and historical information
Escalates issues to management when needed / if unable to resolve matters at his/her level
Capable of handling customer and client escalations
With demonstrable track record in achieving targets
Service and customer-focused
Able to effectively liaise and engage with different work streams / stakeholders at varied band levels (agents, clients, customers, colleagues, support groups, management, etc.)
Multi-tasker, analytical detail-oriented, and problem solver
Strong potential for exercising fair and good judgment
Willing to be assigned in different sites, if needed
