Recruitment Intern (Eastwood, Quezon City, PH) - Quezon City

The HR Service Administrator is an integral part of IBM and HR. Your goal is to create an outstanding employee experience for IBMers by delivering HR-related services and supporting our employees as they support our customers and clients. Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll be able to do the following tasks/function:

  • Assist recruiters in interviewing
  • Source locally using job boards and social media channels
  • Interact directly with candidates and hiring managers as you will have some screening, scheduling and onboarding related tasks
  • This role will let you improve your communication skills, recruiting skills, and business knowledge.
  • You will have the opportunity to assist in the full recruiting cycle.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise
Required Expertise:
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Social media savvy
  • Ability to work on multiple assignments w/ minimal supervision
  • You should have at least 2 years of university education

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise
Preferred Expertise:
  • Proficient in tools/apps used to create posters
