PHL - Customer Support Officer - AI & IB Credit Control (Policy Support) - Cebu


Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with QBE policies, procedures and relevant legislations
  • Establish and maintain an efficient and effective relationship with customers and stakeholders in respect to process inquiries
  • Processing basic and routine functions related to Accounts Receivable (Credit Control) duties, including cash application, active monitoring of outstanding customer balances, supporting collections activities and preparing related documentation and correspondence
  • Making data entries in the system and extracting statistical data and reports from records for analysis

Role Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of Accounts
  • Receivable transactional processing
  • Preferred Basic Knowledge of Insurance
  • Understanding of spreadsheets and reconciliation procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Tools
  • Keen to details
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 6-12 months experience in a similar role
  • Preferably with experience in Financial Services
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedule, weekends and PH holidays
  • Amenable to work in Cebu Business Park, Ayala, Cebu City
