Job Description:

One of our clients, New Vision Telecommunication, a leading appliance repair company call center who hires the best and brightest customer service reps and then train them how to answer phones for an appliance repair company, is looking for a reliable and task-oriented Personal Assistant, one that is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Your responsibilities will revolve primarily on the following:

  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients should the need be.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments (Manage travel itineraries, transport and accommodation).
  • Organizing events and conferences.
  • Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems.
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
  • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
  • Customer Support, appointment setting, event organization and arranging travels experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience as a Personal Assistant.
  • Available to start immediately.
