Job Summary Timekeeping Administration
Duties/Responsibilities Gather timekeeping records of employees for review.

Analyze timekeeping records of employees and ensure its accuracy.

Update and edit timesheets including daily schedules, DTR and CMS logs of employees.

Coordinate with relevant departments to verify timekeeping inputs, if needed.

Encode attendance logs of employees under training in the timesheet database.

Report to the Timekeeping Supervisor overtime and leave applications not reflected in the system for proper crediting.

Attend to, investigate and implement necessary actions to address timekeeping-related problems of employees.

Regularly monitor the activity of the timekeeping system to ensure that it is up and running.

Timesheet Information:

Monitor attendance logs uploaded in the timekeeping.

Payroll Administration:

Compute and process salary adjustments.

Answer queries regarding Payroll concerns.

Monitoring:
System and reconcile against attendance logs uloaded in the public drive

Monitor attendance logs to ensure correct work hours rendered are reflected in the timekeeping system

Investigate and resolve discrepancies that will be noted and escalate to higher management complex issues.

Check profile of new hires in HRIS to ensure completeness of encoded data.

Compliance:

Conduct new hire orientation on timekeeping matters to provide information on how new hires could comply with company policies and procedures related to timekeeping.

Conduct focus group discussions with target participants to gather information related to timekeeping administration and develop recommendations for continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance on internal control procedures and submit required documentations of edited timesheets. Qualifications: Tools & Resources required
