Description: 

• A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Human Resources or relevant field At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Knowledge in taxation is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong Math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors
• Good knowledge of labor legislation and employees’ statutory monetary benefits
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organized, proactive, and results-driven
• Attentive to details

• Maintain payroll information of clients.
• Collect and summarize timekeeping information.
• Timely calculation, preparation, and distribution of employees’ bi-monthly compensation including overtime pay, holiday pay, night differential.
• Generate and distribute employees’ payslips.
• Answer payroll-related questions from clients and/or employees.
• Assist HR & Admin. Manager in the Employee Benefits and HR-related functions such as Employee Discipline, Company Policies Formulation and Implementation, Recruitment, among others.
• Be expected to be updated on Labor Laws of the Philippines
