Job Summary: This position will provide support in data management, validation, encoding, and consolidation of monthly and quarterly M&E reports.  The M&E Technical Associate assigned at the Manila office shall support project reports and other M&E-related activities.  M&E Technical Associates assigned in the provinces/ cities specified shall support provincial/city reports and provide technical support in maintaining data quality, ensuring efficient processing and consolidation of data at the provincial and municipality levels.

Essential Duties: 

o Support data entry and verification of performance data from the monthly and quarterly M&E forms and project databases

o At the provincial/city-level, collect and collate project-generated data from RHUs/HCs, hospitals and lying-in clinics
o Update and maintain the project M&E online system for easy access and use of data
o Provide support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports of project implementation in the field and contribute to other reports for donor and stakeholders
o Maintain the filing system for all hard copies of M&E reports, data capture forms, other supporting documents and e-archive of M&E files
o Provide technical assistance required in support of M and E activities at the regional and sub-regional levels

o Perform necessary travel, as required
o Perform other tasks as may be assigned.

Minimum Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant work experience in the areas of report review, data validation, consolidation, preparation and research;

• Working knowledge in monitoring & evaluation process and systems, including understanding of performance indicators, is an advantage;
• Proficiency in standard office computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); including sufficient working knowledge of software/ applications in data collection and analysis.
