Duties:
•Trouble shoot via phone
•Handle application request for Oracle E
•Handle request for Bank portals administration
•Handle B2B Calls. Recommend system process improvements
•Coordinate caller to the appropriate. Identify and investigates and researches user question

Requirements:
•Filipino Citizen / Chinese citizen with permanent visa
•Can speak read and write Mandarin
•Has Service desk background is advantage
•Has BPO background is required
•Willingness to work on Shifting Schedule
