Should be a College Graduate in any stream

Willing to be permanently assigned in the Synchrony Cebu Site

Site HR requirements

2 years in Synchrony and 12 months in current role

Not on active formal corrective or above/ active PIP

Required Competencies:

3 years experience in managing a team

Experience in working with a virtual team

3 or more years’ experience in delivering stand up training

3 or more years’ experience in developing training materials

Analytical skills to interpret performance data

Experience with strategizing business metrics to drive business goals

Flexible working hours

Desired Competencies:

People handling skills

Ability to be assertive

Excellent Communication Skills

Comfort with MS Office

Ability to provide effective behavior based feedback
