Job Overview

We are looking for Amazon Sales Specialists who are willing to work in our office in Ayala, Makati.

1. Responsible for overseeing Amazon store sales and the completion of sales targets;
2. Responsible for the creation, optimization, maintenance and control of the listing risk and overall health of the listing on the Amazon platform;
3. Monitor sales status and sales ranking of multiple products on Amazon, and make corresponding adjustments in a timely manner;
4. Responsible for communication and notifying the company regarding daily activities on the Amazon platform, including but not limited to event registration, platform activity, and advertising;
5. Monitor FBA inventory, maintain good inventory turnover rate, replenish goods in time, and prevent out-of-stock status;
6. Process customer orders, track the progress of orders, and ensure that orders are completed in time
7. Complete other related tasks assigned by your supervisor.

Needed Skills:
- Excellent in Internet Research
- With good English communication skills
- Creative writer for short/detailed product descriptions
- Know how to use Google Apps (Docs, Sheets & Forms)
- Can create catchy images for Social Media Posts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Know something about E-mail Management
- Can do Customer Service Duties (Non-Voice)

Sure-Handed Skills: (Having these skills is a great advantage)
- Know how to use Amazon Seller Central
- Product Listing Optimization
- Experience in Online Marketing/E-commerce

Schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Weekends off (Alternate 5 and 6 work every week)
Salary: $400 to $800 USD per month
