Skills:
- Proficient in US English with impeccable knowledge of spelling, grammar, and communication skills
- Independent worker who is willing to do research on real estate investment
- High-level knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office ecosystem
- Detail oriented
- Ability to determine the market value of real estate assets based on comparable properties and market research
- Familiar with Slack Messenger, Google docs, and Zillow
- Organized and self-motivated

Job Description:
- Average of 15-25 hours of property research and/or data organization per week
- We get new leads coming in every day from people looking to sell their vacant land and we will need you to assess, organize, and do property research on these leads.
- This will require you to learn and use our lead management system, perform base level research on these properties, and then generate documents and send them to our Property Acquisitions Manager for approval
- We have a well-established system and will provide you all of the training materials you will need in order to do this job at a high level. All we need is for you to be willing to learn and follow the system as it is designed.
