Must Have Requirements:

- You can speak & write native quality English
- 3-5 years of call center experience with management/supervisory experience
- 2+ years of sales inbound and outbound experience, carrying and exceeding quota
- Understsand all the lastest Prospecting processes
- Understanding of how to close deals over the phone
- A desire to do and achieve brilliant things!

You will be doing all of the below and more:

- Customer service calls and emails
- Cold calling customers
- Calling past customers
- Live chat monitoring
- Prospecting on the phone and email

You will learn:

- How to execute proven processes to generate new sales opportunities
- Strategize with top-producing sales managers
- Map prospective accounts around organizational structure, people and existing technology
- Engage executives in targeted prospect accounts
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
- Leverage CRM tools to prospect into specific geographic territories and sectors
