Lead Generation Specialist/Business Development Officer

Required Skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation Implementation. Conducts research to identify potential prospects (contact list building for cold and warm contacts)

- Follows up on high quality leads to generate MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads).

- Does cold calling, verification, proper qualification of leads (e.g., BANTP, CHAMP, MEDDIC, or other qualification frameworks)

- Does lead scoring and lead segmentation

- Does Appointment setting

- Manages a high volume of B2B (Business to Business) prospecting by email and phone.

- Effectively builds, manages a lead generation pipeline.

- Does effective data management in compliance with the 6 dimensions of data (Completeness, Consistency, Conformity, Accuracy, Integrity, and Timeliness) when working with raw data, files, reports, dashboards, campaigns, etc.

- Processes digital marketing initiatives through social media, Google Search Network, and other similar platforms

- Creates and submits required reports to the Sr. Business Development Manager and Board of Directors

- Attends business networking events and meetings as required by the Sr. Business Development Manager and Executive Director

Other Supporting Roles:

- Work directly with Sr. Business Development Manager to provides insights, suggestions, recommendations to continuously improve the lead generation and business development's campaigns, activities, tasks, and programs.

- Familiarity in working with a sales tech stack

Education & Work Background

- B.S. / B.A in Business, Advertising and Marketing preferred or at least 4-year college degree holder

- Have experience using Email Marketing Automation or Marketing Automation tools such as HubSpot, Pardot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klenty, etc.

- Strong experience in building email copy for email sequences, cadences, and one-off emails.

- Background in improving email deliverability, familiarity with senders authentication, senders reputation

- Have excellent experience in telemarketing in generating MQLs (Marketing Qualified Lead)

- Minimum of 1-year related experience, with prior sales, experience a plus

- Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills.

- Strong computer skills in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Knowledgeable in LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Social Media Platforms

- Preferred:

*Have a background in building content for email or the website.

*Knowledge or background in PPC and SEO.

*Experience in using MOZ, AHREF, or SEMrush
