Description: 

Lead Generation/Marketing:
- Acquiring leads through various methods, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cold calling business within our area, cold emailing and other methods.
- Writing and posting in various forums promoting our service.
- Optimizing our AD postings to gain the most traction.
- Responsible for driving sales, meeting and exceeding budgeted goals through exceptional client relationships, developing new sales, participating in marketing.
- Develop marketing materials such as social media content, some basic graphic design and website material.
- Participate in reviewing competitor’s pricing/websites

Sales/Customer Support:
- Preparation of quotes and proposals for clients.
- Corresponding with existing customers through emails, phone calls

Admin:
- Preparing monthly invoices and following up with clients.
- Creating Excel tracking sheets for lead generation, client on boarding etc
- Conducting weekly, monthly reporting’s of sales, projections and audit overviews.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures for aspects of your role.

Skills:
- Self driven role, required to set your own SMART Goals weekly to achieve.
- Great sales person
- Be highly organized, detail oriented, and efficient
- Communicate effectively & comfortably Learn quickly
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools and the Internet
- Excellent command of the English language (both written & verbal)
- Knowledge of the app Slack and Asana is a plus
