Our Japanese-Speaking Customer Service Representative will be responsible in providing quality service to our Japanese clients thru email and phone support. He/she will be working in a office-based environment in Cebu City, Philippines.

  • Good in both English and Japanese language (can read and write Kanji)
  • Native Speaker or Non-Native JLPT passer is required (N1-N3)
  • At least Senior High School Graduate
  • BPO experience is a plus but not required
  • Can work on a shifting schedule
