Responsibilities:

- Prepares, processes, records, maintains, safe-keeps and monitors the following:

- Biometrics/DTRs/time sheets of all personnel.

- All kinds of leave - vacation, sick, emergency, authorized and unauthorized leaves.

- Monthly updated list of all personnel, detailing employee movement, etc.

- Punctuality and attendance of all personnel.

- Performance appraisal and rating.

- Maintains the personnel files (201 files).

- Assists in the reviews and studies personnel concerns such as Organizational Chart, Wage Scale, Manning, etc.

- Assists in the review and updating of the Company Manual/Employee Handbook and other related matters.

- Assists in the formulation and/or preparation of the Employee Development Program.

- Assists in the establishment and administration continuing employee suggestions, and incentives and awards systems for the improvement of employee's performance and productivity.

- Engages in recruitment, training and development, labor relations, and other facets of Human Resource.

- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

a. Human Resource, Psychology graduate or any related courses.

b. 1-year work experience, preferably from food, retail and/or service industry.

c. Working knowledge of labor laws, SSS, HDMF, PHIC and other government regulations affecting personnel management.

d. Proven ability to work under pressure in an extremely fast pace environment and meets deadlines and make effective decisions; Possess leadership ability and Organizational Planning skills.

e. Gets along well with all levels of personality in the organization.

f. Good communication skills (both written and oral).

g. Willing to work extended hours.

h. Computer literate (MS Office applications).
