We're hiring for an HR Assistant/Recruiter to our People Operations Department. The ideal person will be able to screen, interview, hire quality candidates, as well as perform daily administrative tasks.

Human Resources Assistant Job Responsibilities:
Supports human resources processes by screening resumes, sending pre-employment tests, scheduling interviews, conducting initial interview/ phone screening, issuing contracts, and maintaining employee records and information.
Prioritizing open requisitions and filling open positions in a timely manner
Perform daily administrative tasks
Update records of new employees
Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records from Hubstaff.
Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
Perform other duties as assigned

HR Assistant Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources or any related course (essential).
Preferably Licensed Psychometrician
At least 2 years of experience in recruiting/sourcing
Effective HR administration and people management skills.
Exposure to payroll practices.
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Highly computer literate with capability in G suite and other communication tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to accurately follow instructions.
Willing to work on a graveyard schedule ( Pacific Time)
