Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Post job advertisement timely using appropriate channels to generate suitable candidate pool and manage shortlisting, pre-evaluation and reference checking of successful candidates.
  • Shortlist and pre-evaluate applicants via phone in a timely manner and in accordance with the recruitment process.
  • Draft Employment Contracts and prepare Employee Welcome Packs.
  • Complete reference and background checks online and via phone.
  • Notify unsuccessful candidates
  • Manage the talent pool
  • Provide organisational and transactional support and assistance for employees, e.g. draft Statement of Employment, Jury Duty letters, Visa applications etc.
  • Assist payroll with new employees’ payroll information, terminations and other payroll related matters in a timely manner.
  • Compile reports and follow up on HR related task completion
  • Facilitate and manage Apollo’s cultural initiatives such as Milestone Celebrations, Star Awards and other initiatives from time to time
  • Keep HR pages on intranet up-to- date and post staff blog posts, star award nominations and other HR related news.
  • Keep incident register up to date and assist with lodgment and management of claims online
  • Follow up and report on Injuries, Hazards, Near Misses and Non-Compliance Issues
  • Manage the administrative aspects of claims and the Return to Work process
  • Communicate with injured workers and assist in their early and safe return to work and manage workplace rehabilitation processes, facilitate the development of suitable duties plans under guidance of Occupational Therapists and other health care providers if Necessary.
  • Under the guidance of People & Cultural department, update existing training content and assist with the development of new training content if required.
  • Assist with training activities as and if required.
  • Follow up with managers on training completion.
  • Report on training activities monthly.
  • Support the People and Cultural department with monthly reporting on HR metrics such as Staff Turnover, Training completion, WHS compliance etc.
  • Complete HR related research projects as required
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Certificate or Diploma level qualifications in HR, Legal, Business or any related field
  • At least 1 to 2 years of HR and Administrative Support experience
  • Experience doing Recruitment tasks such as applicant screening, interviewing, reference and background checks
  • Experience with posting job ads, organizing resumes and job applications
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • High attention to details and level of accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
  • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
