Key Responsibilities

Employee Services

Serve as a clearing house for questions and service requests coming in through email or calls (channels TBD) from CCB employees. Assign appropriate daily activity and cases to self or other members of the team. * Research and resolve basic inquiries and transaction requests coming from CCB employees. Assign and track those which are more complex to the appropriate team member for resolution.

Manager Services

Process various transactional activities based on needs of the Business-Aligned HRBP to ensure service levels are met.

Assigns or escalates more complex transactions or requests to the appropriate HRBP.

Manage the shared HR Mailbox, along with various feedback channels. -

Conduct basic analysis, report generation, case management, and other requests based on business and support team needs.

Work with other areas of HR, including HRSD, HR PMO, ER, Recruiting, Compensation and Benefits, AccessHR, and Learning & OD when appropriate. * Manage systems related requests in PTT, Manager Connection, PMC, ERMs.

Risk Management and Process Controls

Accurately and promptly records, monitors and reports transactions and status.

Ensures adherence to SOPs and that appropriate process controls are performed.

Participates as needed in control testing and activities related to risk and controls self-assessments for the Function.

Minimum Qualifications


3-4 years as business analyst/advisor/specialist with experience in people management and a strong interest in an HR career OR has HR-related experience

Bachelor's degree required

Execution and Process Management

Excellent attention to detail.

Able to work flexible hours; will be required to work on the night shift from time to time.

Operations delivery or project management experience preferred.

Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability

Structured approach to problem solving and organizing workload/projects .

Flexibility to accommodate different personalities and professional work styles, as well as changing work environments/priorities.

Analytic Skills

Able to develop, analyze and report at various levels of information - from basic to executive reports.

Strong ability to organize and prioritize

Strong problem solving skills and good judgment

Technical Skills

Highly skilled in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications

Knowledge of Sharepoint application maintenance and development is a plus.

Good written and verbal communication skills
