Description: 

As the General Coordinator you will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings, general bookkeeping, and doing research. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Slack or Skype.

Responsibilities

Respond to emails and phone calls in a professional and timely manner
Schedule, arrange, and manage calendars
Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
Perform market research and analyze data through a variety of medium
Create and organize presentations, as assigned
Address employees administrative queries

Requirements

Fluent in writing and communicating in the English language
Successful track-record as a virtual assistant or relevant role
Strong project management and organizational skills
Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and Slack
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Takes ownership, problem solves and demonstrates a high level of accountability.
