About the Opportunity
With the growth of our clients, we are seeking a new team member to join our company with this position available based in our cozy office in Calamba, Laguna. This position will be virtually supporting one of our clients based in the Australia, this will be a very detail oriented role. Working with a team of Financial Advisors of this Financial Planning and Wealth Creation Firm, you will support with them effective professional management of administrative requirements and helping them collect all the information necessary to create financial strategies for their clients, working with a team based in India to deliver the final result.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing Administrative support to a team of financial advisors, helping them in the areas of:

  • Fact Finding Process
  • Collecting Information from Superannuation Funds and Insurance Companies
  • Collating the collected data and formatting for Paraplanners to prepare the Client Statement of Advice.
  • Other administrative functions as directed.

Financial Advisor Support Assistant
Experience required for this position;

  • Previous experience in a position as an Executive, Personal Assistant, Sales Administrator or Account Manager in the area of Financial Planning or Financial Advice.
  • Excellent English communication skills, including advanced written and spoken Language proficiency
  • Demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience in developing a high standard of correspondence, minute taking, presentations, media items, and reports
  • Research and ability to pull together information for a number of different sources for multiple files at the same time.
  • The role will be required to work in alignment with the Australian AEST time zone which will be a day shift (0700 - 1600). Availability during this time is a prerequisite of the role and candidates unable to commit to this shift will not be considered for the opportunity.

  • Salary between ₱22,000 - ₱27,000 per month dependant on experience
