DescriptionFIELD SALES EXECUTIVE-(NCR)
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Architecture, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experienced Employees specializing in - in SALES ENGINEERING /TECHNICAL SALES /CORPORATE SALES/MARKETING from any construction, Building Materials (such as TILES, SANITARY WARE, ACP, Steel roofing etc.), Pharmaceutical, Vehicle, Real State or any related industries.
• Must have a direct exp. or have an existing client, such as Engineer, Architect, Developers, Contractors, Contractions Firms, etc.
• With back ground in B2B or Business to Business or B2C
• Can establish new accounts or Projects and can manage an existing account and with proven track record in sales
• Must have an experience doing fieldwork or willing to do fieldwork
• Presentable, smart and confident
• With selling and presentation skills
• Flexibility/Adaptability/Managing Multiple Priorities
• With excellent interpersonal, planning, organizing, research and communication skills
• Applicants must be willing to work in NCR.
• This position is also open for former Med Rep., Engineer & Architect and Car Dealers
• Willing to start ASAP
• Must be residence and willing to work in the following areas: NCR: Q.C, PASAY, MAKATI & MANILA,
• 10 Full-Time position(s) available.
• Will market and target Architect, Engineers, contractors, Purchaser head, developers and the focal point person or the decision maker of the company.
• Define and develop strategy for targeted accounts; know market trend, new investments and opportunities for business growth on targeted accounts.
• Will promote and sell the products thru client presentation
• Understand end-user requirements draw each opportunity and provide inputs; Create business plan for each targeted market segment and define growth areas and specific action plans.
• Establish strong relationship with the clients
• Support the company in determining market competition and provide intelligence information; contribute in achieving the total Sales Target of the company.
• Must be goal oriented and aggressive in hitting the target
• Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
• Evaluate customer’s needs and build productive long lasting relationships
• Research accounts and generate or follow through sales
• Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
