Developing restaurant company is looking for Executive Sous Chef Candidates should have knowledge of current restaurant industry trends and have passion about vegan and vegetarian food. Minimum 4 yearsMore experience as Head chef or Sous Chef.Basic English is necessary. Main responsibilities:- Creating and improving menu according to concept of the place.- Calculating and control food coasts.- Control quality and costs of supplies.- Meet all regulations including safety and sanitary.- Maintain highest standarts of quality of cooking, serving and service.- Train the staff, be a role model for everyone (punctual, follow sanitary standards, displaying genuine passion for gastronomy, be a strong leader in the kitchen as well as attentive with colleagues).
