  • To build and maintain CXO level relationships with prospects and customers, influencing long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting 
  • Ensures achievement of sales quotas and targets
  • Understand enterprise customer’s goals and challenges and establish Explora’s platform as the best solution available
  • Develop plans for key clients, manage expectations and contribute towards a high level of client satisfaction by driving growth for them
  • Work with partners to develop campaigns and drive new pipeline 
  • Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and build efficiencies where required
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
  • Contribute to product development as part of meeting the future needs of assigned client group
  • Lead territory strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities (new and expansions), working collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Content, Customer Success, and Engineering–all to maximize business results and open up opportunities with large Enterprise companies
  • Prepares report on monthly performance and projections by keeping an updated and healthy sales pipeline
  • Represent Explora at events as required
  • Help Explora continue to evolve and increase market share in the market
  • This is an individual contributor role

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of sales and business development experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota in past positions
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles 
  • History of engaging with individuals in senior management, preferably CXO level conversations 
  • Experience working with (or for) market-leading accounts/companies
  • Comfortable with a high degree of autonomy in the role and in a ‘start up’ business culture 
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills 
  • Strong computer skills, including Google Docs and Google Sheets as well as Microsoft Office applications like Powerpoint and Excel
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Fluency in other major Philippine languages (Cebuano, Hiligaynon, Ilocano, etc.) is an advantage

Salary: ₱25000 - ₱40000
