Description: 

1. Lead or facilitate projects from conception through completion i.e process improvement, cost savings, and transfer of technology, using Project Management Techniques and Processes
2. Works with multiple cross-functional groups over project life cycle, coordinate dependencies and timing of deliverable within the project constraints: scope, schedule and budget
3. Implements defined project management processes and procedures. Monitors project management compliance of other functional groups and assists when needed
4. Build PM training materials and conducts training as necessary
5. Attend to Project Management Office operational tasks as needed and provide support to operations in linking organizational strategies to project execution and goals

1. Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year experience in managing/monitoring projects or continuous improvement activities; preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering or Information Technology - fresh graduates are welcome to apply
2. Excellent organizational, communication and composition skills with ability to foster communication and integration between project teams and or functional groups
3. Must have strong interpersonal, teamwork and project management skills
4. Knowledge of MS office and Lean Six Sigma Methodologies an advantage
