Role Description

  • Underwrite new business and renewals within set underwriting guidelines, DTPs, authority, and service standards
  • Handle Renewal and Endorsement items in accordance with QBE UW Guidelines
  • Handle Quote and New Business in accordance with QBE UW Guidelines
  • Handle broker referrals and queries in accordance with QBE UW Guidelines
  • Perform Self Audits of peers to ensure compliance

Role Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • New graduates and candidates without BPO background are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in BPO insurance/financial/billing environment/back office is preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate a high degree of accuracy, quality, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Analytical Skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedule, weekends and holidays
  • Willing to be based in Cebu Business Park, Ayala Cebu City
