Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain a firm understanding of the editorial and content rules and requirements for publication on the company website.

• Moderate event information submissions for publication on the company and its network of syndication partner sites.

• Review and publish updated submissions of event information re-submitted by event organisers.

• Create and maintain profiles for artists to be included in the company artist database.

• Create and maintain profiles for new venues to be included in the company venue database.

• Generate content on the company website including tour collections, news articles and other content as directed.

• Provides feedback to company management regarding platform issues and ideas

Content Development

• Event submissions (UGCs) moderation for the client’s websites.

• Monitoring of the client’s website content (tours, news, event listings, venues, artist profiles, main homepage, etc.)

• Subscription to major PR company pressers - sorting those worthy for premium content (tours and news) creation on the website

• Touching base with promoters and publicists as needed.

• Organic venue claims moderation

• Monitoring Google Analytics - mainly for audience behaviour, landing pages, impressions, etc. as needed

Social Media and Advertising

• Discuss basic preview of the company’s ticketing & marketing services to interested promoters/artists

• Coordinate with the Advertising & Sales Manager regarding advertising bookings.

• Create and send advertising orders/booking confirmation

• Follow ups on marketing collaterals

• Social media posting and monitoring

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Marketing or Communications

• 1-2 years of experience in social media and internet marketing

• 1-3 years of experience in content writing

• Basic knowledge of HTML and understanding of content management systems (CMS)

• Ability to write engaging online content

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

• Knowledgeable in using Google applications

• Basic knowledge in graphic design

• Very good attention to details is highly regarded

• Able to multitask

• Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
