  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
  • With atleast 3 years of managerial experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Has a strong Leadership skill and vast experience in Sales Analysis, Inventory Management, Operations Management, and People Management
  • Must be Customer Service oriented
  • Background in the motorcycle industry is an advantage
  •  Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Graduate of any business related course

  • Oversees the requirement procedures for MC Registration including turn around time targets and completion of requirements
  • Monitors the completion of all pertinent documents needed for branch expansion, relocation and renovation
  • Ensures achievement of procedural targets for Documents submission including compliance to NANR & monitoring of AF released after date of sales.
  • Ensures branches comply on standard procedures for cash handling which includes proper collection handling, bank deposits and use of accountable forms.
  • Initiate interventions/activities to help team achieve zero infraction on SAP transactions including administrative functions to limit audit infractions.
  • Submits required management reports to immediate head accurately and on time.
  • Implements the marketing initiatives towards area for Parts & Service which includes merchandising materials inside branches and promos.
  • Ensures team comply with released promo guidelines and instructions from Head Office.
  • Monitors inventory of the area for both MC & Parts.
  • Ensures no discrepancies during physical count.
  • Coordinates with Supply & Demand on the achievement of the MC Ageing % target for the year.
  • Assures branches comply with standard procedures on STO & GR/GI on a timely basis.
  • Monitors compliance of branches on 5s checklist and other branch operational requirements.
  • Visits branches timely to help the branches achieve annual performance targets.
  • Coaches and helps the team on implementing programs and develop interventions to achieve performance targets.
  • Coaches the BCH on fraud risk management to help on achievement of good paying accounts.
  • Pro-actively monitors team performance according to agreed metrics in the Service Level Commitments
  • Coordinates with other departments regarding issues on job duties and responsibilities
  • Handles the manpower accordingly. Coordinates with HR Business Partner for all recruitment initiatives and deployment of position vacancies on the area.
  • Coordinates with the HR Business Partner for all infractions incurred of handled personnels.
  • Reviews performance of team on a timely basis. Provides coaching and developmental plan to team to boost up performance of personnels.
  • Attends to all management meetings and comply to all reportorial requirements needed to be presented on the management.
