  • Receives payments in cash, cheque or credit card payments and issues Official Receipt or Provisional Receipts as appropriate, ensuring timely crediting to the policy/plan/investments following standard procedures.
  • Receives and checks for completeness, New Business and conversion applications and performs related backend procedures within turnaround time.
  • Responds to policy, investment and plan-related inquiries at the counter or as called for, through email/telephone, ensuring prompt and professional assistance to client at all times and ensuring all service levels are met.
  • Facilitates/processes disbursement-related transactions (SLOCPI, SLAMC, SLFPI, SLGFI) such as loans, cash surrender value, cash withdrawal of dividends, plan terminations, endowment pay-outs; monitors receipt of plan termination checks, non-cash transactions, etc. ensuring service levels are met.

Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)

  • College graduate of any Business, Computer or related courses.
  • With at least 1 year work experience
