Employment Status: Contract of Service

Salary Grade: 15 (PHP31, 752.00)

Assignment: KC NCDDP/ Field Office VII, Cebu City

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree (in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, others)

Training: 16 Hours of relevant procurement training; must be proficient with computer applications using MS Word, Excel, Power Point and other applicable softwares

Experience: 2 years with procurement related function

Eligibility:

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • 1. Coordinate with the different units in the RPMO to consolidate procurement concerns and prepare/update Program APP/PPMP;

    2. Coordinate and facilitate orientation of the BAC and concened management staff on NCDDP procurement guidelines;

    3. Ensure that BAC, Procurement and Supply division are furnished with the NCDDP procurement guidelines;

    4. Prepares RIS/PR and RFQs for RPMO procurement including Goods, Training Venues and relevant services;

    5. Assist the BAC in the evaluation of procurement actions including quotations/bids; preparation of resolutions and contracts/P.O.

    6. Prepare relevant documents subject for procurement audit or review;

    7. Monitors contract implementation and provides timely feedback to the management;

    8. Prepares monthly feedback report to the RPMO on the status of procurement implementation;

    9. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned by the RPM;
