  • Responds to queries from prospective Applicants about the accreditation process or procedure for Intermediary Partners
  • Ensures compliance to the standards and documentary requirements for agency accreditation of prospective Applicants or Account Officers
  • Acts as Custodian of the Intermediary Database (which contains information of Agency profile, status and other basic relevant information) and other related systems
  • Facilitates post training requirements such as Service Agreements, payment and collaterals
  • Assists the Team and Agents in the issuance of request for Accreditation certification, etc
