Job Description:

A This role requires someone with experience in a similar position with a strong work ethic, a willingness to problem solve, and the ability to support the Accountant with Accounts Payable. Strong attention to details and maintain best practice is vital.

Your responsibilities will revolve primarily on the following:

  • Data entry and reconciling purchase invoices against statements.
  • Ensuring approval of all expenditure.
  • Managing creditor correspondence.
  • Ensuring the flow of accounting information is captured in MYOB.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • Minimum of three (3) years Accounts Payable experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Proficient with MYOB.
  • Real estate experience an advantage but not necessary.
  • Ambitious with the drive and commitment to succeed.
  • Passionate and committed to supporting team environments.
  • Highly motivated and focused.
