Position Title: Account Manager (Agent Outreach)

Classification: Associate

Salary Grade: 60,000 - 80,000 Peso / month

Reports To: Account Manager, Client

Primary Relationships: Client Team

This role is responsible for initiating and developing customer relationships with successful Real Estate Agents. On most days, you will work closely with our real-estate agent clients to ensure they are satisfied with our services and are leveraging our marketplace to the fullest potential.


- Have a consultative solution approach to ensuring our agent success

- Build trust with our clients with a focus on improving our value over time

- Help agents implement best practices with the product suite

- Ensure voice-of-the-customer is heard through cross-team communications

- Become knowledgeable about the product suite, and learn to effectively demonstrate its value to current and potential new agent users via multichannel communications, including phone, email, and text message

- Become proficient in documenting all interactions with current and potential users and clients

- Execute ongoing and frequent check-ins with clients and prospects to ensure things are moving in a direction of mutual success

- Be open to sharing observations and learnings with the team lead in order to continuously improve our processes

- Remain committed to learning and flexibility as new workflow procedures are implemented

- Participate in activities which foster and encourage the growth of company culture, including weekly 1:1’s with a variety of co-workers

- Take a deep and genuine interest in product feedback and ideas, relaying these ideas to our product team on behalf of our most important customers


- 2+ years in a Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management, Sales or similar role

- Proven track record of working in a customer facing role (you genuinely like customers!)

- Experience in real-estate is preferable, but not required (as long as you’ve got an “interest in”, that works for us)

- Basic familiarity with Google-Suite and internet browser functionality is required.

- Any experience with Salesforce, Zendesk or Salesloft softwares is extra impressive.

- Must have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Collaborative and easy to work with (we like to have fun!)

- Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change

- Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can do” approach to work life

- Empathetic, positive attitude with a true desire to help our customers reach their goals

- College graduate preferred / Associate degree is ok
