Position: Swedish Service Desk Analyst
Industry: IT Consulting Company
Location: Mckinley Hill, Taguig City
Salary: Negotiable
Schedule : Mid Shift/Night Shift

Responsibilities:
-Handles first line incidents, including triage and troubleshooting, resolution where possible and assignment where required to 2nd/3rd line support teams and third parties
- Produces Quality Audit Report regarding weekly calls
- Supports Service Request Management and Service Restoration Management Level 1
-Perform other related tasks

Requirements:
-Open to Native and Non-native Swedish speaker
-Good English Communication Skills
- At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
-Experience in the same field is an advantage
- Proficient computer and technical skills
